AGITEC gantry-mounted stirrers are versatile machines capable of mixing different products from one manufacturing process to another.

This versatility makes it possible to make investments profitable, given the possibility of creating successive manufacturing lines with different sized vessels – a single stirrer for several vessels.

Thanks to the made-to-measure construction of our gantries, we at AGITEC can adapt to the client’s specifications both in terms of security and any additionaly requirements. Gantries can be mobile, wall-mounted or floor-mounted.

The stirrers mounted on these gantries can be adapted to the products to be mixed. A large number of different types of blade can be mounted on each type of gantry.

A wide range of choices available for the design of these units. The technicity can range from:

- a simple “up and down” mast with a pneumatic engine, shaft and propeller,…

- to a hydraulic translation column, composed of triple-movement counter-rotating type agitation, in an explosion-proof environment, with the pressure and temperature of sterile vessel process.

The vertical translation, vessel blocking and safety elements can be proposed on the basis of three systems: manual, pneumatic and hydraulic. The motorisation can also be proposed in three varieties: electric, pneumatic or hydraulic.
